Words cannot express how much of a joy it was to shoot and edit Katie and AK's Wedding Video. Few couples I've ever worked with have shown the level of sheer, unabashed joy and excitement that this couple showed. That atmosphere of love, paired with an incredible venue and a beautiful Colorado day made for a truly incredible wedding. Congratulations Katie and AK! Thank you for letting us be a part of your celebration!
This past Saturday I got to shoot my best friend's wedding. Jill and I met in middle school, and she has been one of my closest friends ever since. It was such an amazing honor to get to spend the day capturing her beautiful mountain wedding. She couldn't have found a better match, and I couldn't be happier for her or her new husband Ramit. I wish them all the best in their lives together!
The venue was the picturesque Ten Mile Station, and the wedding planner was Bella Event Design and Planning.
Catherine and Stefan had a perfect Colorado mountain wedding at Wild Horse Inn in Winter Park Colorado. They were an absolute joy to work with, and we wish them the best throughout their married life together!

Noemi and Karthik had a gorgeous mountain wedding in Silverthorne, Colorado. The ceremony may have had the most stunning ceremony backdrop of the year so far. I grew up in Summit County, and after almost three decades, the scenery still takes my breath away.
The couple were great to work with, and the wedding was as full of joy and love as any wedding I've ever shot. I can't wait to edit the full highlight video!

In the event that the streaming does not work, a copy of the wedding will be uploaded to this page ASAP. Because I am both streaming this wedding and I am in the wedding party, I will be unable to monitor the feed during the event, and will be unable to fix it if audio or video drops out.
This past Saturday, we shot an absolutely stunning wedding at the Lyons Farmette in Lyons, Colorado. In all my years shooting weddings, I can barely think of single couple who were more visibly excited for their wedding day than AK and Katie. Hardly a second passed all day without smiles and laughter. They were an absolute joy to work with, and I can't wait to start editing their highlight video.
I also had a chance to test out a new service at this wedding: A video booth/ video guest book.
The video guest book had a fantastic turnout. Over 40 different groups and individuals took the time to leave a message for the couple. I'm really excited to be able to offer this to couples in the future! Thanks Katie and AK for being my guinea pigs for this new service!
It's been way too long since I updated my blog, and I can't think of a better wedding video to jump back in with than Yanni and Elizabeth's beautiful wedding at Denver's Greek Orthodox Cathedral. I'd never shot at the Greek Cathedral before, and I was blown away by it. It is stunningly beautiful inside and out.
The fantastic venue was perfectly matched by the fantastic couple. Yanni and Elizabeth are of some of the most incredibly warm, welcoming people I've ever met in my life. I'm so honored that I got to capture their wedding, and I wish them the absolute best for their lives together.
This past week I had the opportunity to shoot at Lionscrest Manor in Lyons CO. As we were driving up the dirt road to the venue, before I ever saw it, I knew it was going to be something special. I shot a few timelapses throughout the day, and I'm really happy with how they turned out.
Kate and Casey had a beautiful new years day wedding at one of my favorite venues, The Sanctuary in Castle Pines Colorado. In spite of the cold January weather, they had an outdoor ceremony, punctuated by a stunning rocky mountain backdrop. They were a fantastic couple to work with, and this video was a joy to shoot and edit. I can't think of a better way to start a new year.

In December, I had the joy of shooting Victoria and David's wedding in Telluride, Colorado. I have shot a lot of beautiful wedding videos in Denver, but the city cannot compare to the absolute magnificence of a mountain town like Telluride. On the day of the wedding, it snowed 8" of snow, making the already gorgeous backdrop even more serene and perfect.
Victoria and David were a fantastic couple to work with, and their daughter Ava is one of the most adorable babies I've ever seen. This may be my favorite wedding I shot in 2015, and it was the perfect way to close out a great year of weddings.
Weddings are always happy events, but I cannot think of a bride and groom that I've worked with who smiled and laughed as much as Kai and Christina. They were an absolute joy to work with. The ceremony and reception took place at the famous Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs, in a beautiful morning ceremony.
The photographer was Lisa O'Dwyer. The venue and catering were The Broadmoor. Floral, design and planning were provided by Isabelle Kline Design.
I posted a preview of this wedding video a few months ago, and now I finally have the full highlight video online. This was a staggeringly beautiful wedding, with a wonderful couple, at an incredible venue. Heather and Adrian were married in July at River Bend in Lyons Colorado, which is one of my favorite venues in Colorado. This wedding truly was everything I could ever ask for as a Videographer.
I had the immense pleasure of shooting alongside one of my favorite photographers, the incredibly talented Laura Murray. Music was provided by elite DJ, and the planner was Table 6 Productions.
In June I had the great pleasure of shooting Jessica and Hunter's wedding at YaYa Orchard, near Lyons. They are a wonderful couple, and YaYa Orchard is a wedding videographer's dream. It features beautiful trees, a great rustic atmosphere, and Longs Peak front and center at the ceremony site. The wedding and reception were full of incredible little nuances that were a unique, beautiful representation of the bride and groom.
Photography was provided by my good friends at Sasser Stills, catering was by Biscuits and Berries, and the venue was YaYa Orchard.
This past weekend I had the privilege of shooting stills for my brother-in-law's wedding in Breckenridge, Colorado. The wedding was entirely DIY, with my wife, my in-laws, and the bride-to-be taking on most of the preparation all by themselves, which made capturing all of the small details of the day that much more special. This is the sort of wedding that reminds me just why I love shooting them so much.
In addition to the photography, I streamed this wedding for Bailey and Jonah's friends and family that couldn't make the trip. We had more than 20 people watching from 16 computers around the country. Both Jonah's grandmother in Washington and Bailey's grandmother in Arizona, neither of whom were able to attend, were able to watch the ceremony online. I am so excited to be able to offer that service to other couples, because i saw how much it meant to my wife's family.
I ordinarily list the names of the various vendors involved in the wedding, and here, that means listing just about my wife's entire family. The flower bouquets were put together by my mother-in-law. The tent for the dinner and dancing, as well as the tables, and the arbor the bride and groom stood in front of were made by my brother and father in law. The officiant was the groom's grandfather. The catering was provided by my mother-in-law, her sister (aunt-in-law?), and the non-cake desserts were baked by my mom. The groom even forged the wedding bands himself. Every single aspect of the wedding was DIY. There were so many incredible details, and they all just fit perfectly with the attitude of the couple so perfectly.
Congratulations to my little brother, and my now official little sister!
One of my greatest joys of wedding video is when I get to capture the wedding of someone dear to me. Gwen has been one of my closest friends since we met at the University of Denver. A few years after that, she and her then brand new boyfriend Gianmarco were guests at my wedding in 2010. I have been privileged to watch their love grow and to see their story unfold. It was an enormous honor when they contacted me in March and asked me to help capture one of the most important chapters in that story.
They were a wonderful couple to work with. Gwen was an absolutely gorgeous bride, and Gianmarco is probably the warmest, most unabashedly smiley groom I've ever gotten to shoot. I could not be happier for them.
The wedding took place at the beautiful Hudson Gardens Event Center in Denver Colorado.
Here's a sneak peek of a wedding I shot two weekends ago at one of my all-time favorite venues: Riverbend, in Lyons Colorado. it was a perfect Colorado day and Heather and Adrian made such a beautiful couple. I'm really looking forward to getting to do a longer edit.

I'm really excited to announce that I am now offering live streaming of weddings anywhere with 4G cell service! When I'm not shooting weddings, live streaming is a large part of my business, and the technology has finally reached the point where the two can be combined.
I started looking into live streaming weddings in preparation for my brother-in-law's wedding this August. My wife and my brother-in-law's grandmother is not going to be able to attend the wedding in person for health reasons, which is a major blow to the family. Being the resident family video guy, I set to work to figure out how to downsize my large multi-camera streaming setup to be portable and non-intrusive for weddings. After months of tinkering and testing, and a few wonderful couples who were willing to be my guinea pigs, I finally have live streaming for weddings. All I need for it to work is wifi or a decent 4G cell signal. In addition, I can stream to YouTube,, which is familiar to couples, their families, and even their not so tech-savvy grandparents.
I truly believe this will be revolutionary for many my couples, as I know most of them have similar situations with loved ones who cannot attend the weddings. I'm also pleased to announce that the pricing for this starts at $1199 for single camera streaming with venue provided wifi, when bundled with a full wedding package. While I know this isn't inexpensive, I recently heard a story from a planner about a company that charged $2500 for a same day upload of a single camera ceremony shoot to YouTube, and I'm really excited to be able to offer so much more affordable of an option. I am not in the business of overcharging couples, so it's very rewarding to have a solution that is worthwhile for me while still being accessible.
As a standalone service, the service starts at $1599.
